These are a sampling of the yellow flowers at the Central Experimental Farm in Ottawa. It looks like the first image was captured in shade and the rest in strong evening light. The third image was captured from below because if I am remembering correctly, it was the only perspective available to me. These mature flowers grow very tall. The last photo is an immature version and must have been at eye level because I was able to capture a side view. Even with this small sample you can see that I try to vary my perspective. Lots of times you vary your perspective in order to deal with the background or trying to isolate a flower. Other times you may not have a choice, trampling the foliage to get a better perspective is never an option. So you do the best you can. Hope you enjoy my yellow flowers series and I’m thinking some daylilies may be next. 🙂
