Autumn View of Parliament Buildings

This was the view of Parliament Hill from Major’s Hill Park on Remembrance Day 2011. We walked from the National War Memorial through Major’s Hill Park to the The Peacekeeping Monument. I was reviewing my archives of Remembrance Day and came across these images. They were taken with my Nikon D5000 which I still have and use as a backup camera now. The overcast daylight works well with the gothic architecture of the Parliament Buildings. Click on the images to enlarge for better viewing.

  1. Each of these photographs dance with Autumn, reminding us of the winter to come. Beautiful gold against nondescript sky and significant structure w/green roof tops.
