We are finally getting lots of rain. My garden is happy and full of raindrops. As soon as the weather clears for a bit, I’m searching for raindrops. Most of these are shade perennials as well as lupins and rhododendrons that add splashes of colour in the few sunny spots left in my garden.
Lovely to have a little rain – but not too much! 🙂 I particularly like the single drop ‘Waiting to fall’ – it seems to encapsulate the promise and bounty of rainfall.
I find the leaves with raindrops on them, especially the lady’s mantle, to be soothing to look at. The colors are soft and everything is so fresh but relaxed. 🙂

It’s my favourite too. Thanks Noeline.

These are lovely. I noticed that you are on Flickr. I tend to spend more time there than here. Will you be posting there as well?
Thanks Nora. I am on Flickr but not really active at this time. I find it difficult to do both.
Lovely raindrops and I am so pleased to see you posting again!
Thanks so much Jude! I’m very glad to be back.
Lovely shots Beth – rain is always good 🙂
We were happy to finally have some. Thanks Lisa.
Gorgeous color in those rhodos!
Thanks Sue. It’s nice to have a colour other than green in the garden. 🙂
Beautiful pictures Beth, love this time of year when things are starting to look good in the garden.
Thanks Nancy, lots to photograph too! 😀
These images are gorgeous! Are you in New England? Our lily of the valley was done weeks ago. Beautiful!
I’m in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. We start spring a little later up here. Sprinkle a little rain and magic happens. Thanks Laura
